A Little More Accessible
We believe that meaningful psychological knowledge and opportunities for personal growth should be accessible to more people.
We also recognise that individual therapy may not always be possible — whether for financial, practical or personal reasons.
For this reason, throughout the year we offer a series of live online workshops with a symbolic participation fee. Each workshop focuses on a different aspect of emotional wellbeing, relationships and personal growth, offering psychological understanding, reflection and practical tools in a supportive educational setting.
These workshops are not a substitute for psychotherapy. They are simply another way to create space for understanding, reflection and meaningful conversations about the things many of us experience but do not always have the opportunity to explore.
This is one small way we hope to make psychological support and knowledge a little more accessible.
2–3 new workshops every month · Live online · Symbolic participation fee

Common Questions
Is group therapy suitable for everyone?
Group therapy can be highly beneficial, but it may not be the right option for everyone or at every stage. Before joining a therapeutic group, we may recommend a brief consultation to ensure that the group is appropriate for your current needs and that you can benefit from the experience.
Are group sessions confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is an essential part of creating a safe and respectful group environment. Participants are expected to respect the privacy of other members and not share personal information or experiences discussed within the group.
Will I have to share personal experiences with the group?
No. You will never be expected to share more than you feel comfortable with. Participation is encouraged, but everyone is given the space and time to engage in a way that feels safe for them.
What is the group size?
Groups typically consist of 6 to 12 members, allowing enough space for each person to participate while maintaining a supportive and connected group environment.
How do I know which group or workshop is right for me?
Each group and workshop focuses on specific themes, needs or areas of personal growth. If you are unsure which option would suit you best, you can contact us and we will be happy to help you explore the most appropriate choice.
How do I register for workshops?
You can register your interest by completing the online form, contacting us by email, or calling us directly. We will then get in touch with you to provide further information and guide you through the next steps.
What happens if I miss a group session?
If you are unable to attend a session, you will receive the relevant notes or materials so that you can stay connected with the group's progress. If you have any questions about the material covered, you are welcome to send them to us in writing. One make-up session may be offered during the programme, where possible and depending on the group format.
Can I join a group while I am also in individual therapy?
In many cases, yes. Individual and group therapy can complement each other and offer different opportunities for therapeutic work. Whether combining them is appropriate depends on your individual needs, therapeutic goals and the type of group. If you are already in therapy, we encourage you to discuss this with your therapist before joining a therapeutic group.
